Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

The Job Details:
· Assist Human Resource Supervisor in investigations on complaints, document all information uncovered, and assist in the implementation of the resolution to the situation.
· Complete the new hire process for assigned facilities.
· Process payroll needs for assigned facilities.
· Monitor assigned facilities are adhering to State and Federal work guidelines regarding breaks, lunches, overtime etc. through timekeeping system.
· Speak with employees and provide assistance in leave cases for FMLA/ADA.
· Receive drug testing, post-accident and pre-employment, results and background results for assigned facilities.
· Track all Terminations and New Hire information for reporting purposes.
· Create and maintain personnel files in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
· Complete Benefit follow-up meeting with new hires.
- Enter temporary employees and send temporary employee’s timecards to appropriate agencies for weekly payroll for assigned facilities.
- Updating bulletin boards, labor posters, shield updates etc.
- Responsible for assigned specialty projects or HR tasks;
- Handle all assigned tasks with confidentiality in mind.

• Location, Department and Work Hours: NE, Human Resources, M-F standard, Off Hours and OT when needed
• Reports To: Human Resource Supervisor and Regional HR Manager, Facility GM may guide when needed
• Travel Amount: May Vary

What We Are Looking For:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 plus years of experience
Experience
• Must have the ability to provide guidance, work direction and to motivate others to obtain improved performance. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Professional knowledge and experience in human resources including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills, solid financial and analytical skills.
