Supplemental Information
Hourly Range: $22.67-$31.20/HR ($47,157 - $64,896 annually) (Depending on experience)
- Additional Pay: $2,200 per year for on-call hours.

Qualifications
Who should apply?
- High School Diploma or equivalent with Two (2) years of experience providing direct treatment in a behavioral health field.
- Must obtain CANS certification within 30-days-of-hire.
- Must have Agency Affiliated Counselor in Washington State or ability to obtain within 7 days from date of hire.

Some of what you will do:
- Assist in development of crisis plans, practice and rehearse them as a part of the transition phase.
- Document individual in services progress and maintain a permanent record of activity according to the agency's established methods and procedures.
- Contribute to the program's ongoing evaluation of individual in service’s mental illness symptoms and individual in service’s response to treatment. Shares observations and concerns with WISe Team Members for consultation and direction and takes appropriate action.
- Provide direct services to individuals in services on an individual, group and family basis in the community settings to teach symptom-management techniques and promote personal growth and development by assisting individuals in services to cope with internal and external stresses and move ahead with their goals.
- Ensure diverse youth and family engagement.
