ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analyst, Customer Fulfillment will support the Process Excellence team in providing analytic and continuous improvement expertise for order management from order to delivery. This individual will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional partners and North American Consumer Packaged Goods customers to execute order to delivery services in a manner aligned with SCJs strategy and customer expectations. Through the application of lean methodology, this individual will identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and customer engagement activity. To achieve this, the Senior Analyst must build strong and collaborative working relationships with Customer Fulfillment teammates, SCJ Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and other internal partners to ensure execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Lean Champions/OPEX to formulate solutions for continuous improvement of order processing and customer engagement activity to reduce waste & increase efficiency
Identify opportunities to use current technology to automate efficient processes and decrease manual order touches
Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of Customer Fulfillment specific material master data to facilitate accurate processing of customer orders
Ensure proper execution of internal system tools to achieve the goals of product supply and customer demand in order fulfillment
Document and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure sustainable adherence
Execute Sarbanes Oxley Act Reporting (SOAR) to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Accountable for all aspects of service for assigned customer accounts which includes:
- Maximizing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) ratings to meet departmental and/or customer service level requirements
- Representing SCJ in customer meetings and/or projects as needed to achieve service goals
- Working closely with SCJ Sales and customers to manage customer promotions and other trade events (shelf resets, mod fill, etc.)
Advocate on behalf of internal and external customers to troubleshoot concerns. This includes proactively communicating and managing escalations to ensure resolution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Customer Service or related field
2+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP/related system
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Proven understanding of end-to-end Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Supply Chain
Strong work ethic and positive attitude focused on personal growth and contribution
Self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently with a sense of urgency and the ability to set priorities under the pressure of competing demands
Analytical capability with ability to draw conclusions and share insights
Knowledge of Lean methodology and focused on continuous improvement
Intermediate level in all Microsoft Office Applications with advanced level in Excel including Pivots and Power Query
Strategic mindset
Persuasive written and verbal communication (to all levels of organization)
Mindful attention to detail
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time 1st Shift onsite in Racine, WI
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
Position may require limited travel within North America (may include overnight)
