PAY: $18.55 Includes $1 shift pay

SCHEDULE : M-F 3:45PM - 3:00AM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Trusser is positioned where birds pass in front of them. 
• The rate of 13-15 birds per minute for full body trussing and 16-18 birds per minute while hock trussing will be required. 
• The team member inspects the WOG for feathers, neck attachment, etc. 
• The trusser is responsible for ensuring product meets Grade A standards. 
• Birds with discoloration, neck attachments, or broken wings are removed and placed in a tub. 
• The Grade A birds are trussed by putting a truss band around the bird’s legs and/or wings depending on the order and then sent to the marinator.
