Position Overview:

As a Licensed Addiction Counselor at Heartview Foundation, you will play a critical role in delivering top-quality clinical services to individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment. Working alongside a dedicated team of experienced professionals, you will:

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet patient needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to guide personalized treatment plans.
• Implement innovative approaches such as medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and harm reduction strategies.
• Utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds of our patient population.

Requirements

 

What You Bring to the Team:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A degree in counseling or a related field.
• Active licensure as an Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota.
• Both experienced and newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply. For those starting their career, Heartview Foundation provides training and mentorship to help you grow and succeed in your role.

• Applicants must pass a background check.
