Senior Director, Privileged Access Management

What does a successful Senior Director of Privileged Access Management do at Fiserv?

You will conduct and establish a functional vision for PAM assignments and be primarily responsible for delivery and buildout of a Privileged Access ecosystem. You will also lead both onshore and offshore resources on the Privilege Access Management Team to meet deliverables within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 

What you will do:

  • Direct the team to provide operational excellence, support and collaborate with peer managers on IAM planning and build teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy
  • Maintain a production environment addressing the needs of the business and a customer centric environment providing best in class services by affectively managing incidents, service requests, change and problem management processes for service areas
  • Troubleshoot issues and engage in the process for root cause analysis and support application integrations issues, working closely with development groups, business liaison teams, operations staff, security groups and technology administration groups on all activities related to application integrations and system enhancements
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, runbooks, resiliency plans and incident response materials along with communicating and handling scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions and participate in the definition of metrics and service levels
  • Provide a daily health check status on all systems and a weekly status of all activities such as number of incidents, tickets closed and system outages
  • Create detailed artifacts for system maintenance, configurations, and ad-hoc server patching and participate in development, testing, implementation, and support of all enhancements to the systems, services, and technologies
  • Maintains and fosters key relationships with software vendors and providers, and can hold vendors accountable for response, troubleshooting and solution fixes
  • Automates processes where required or identified and maintains concepts of continuous improvements in both support operations and associate knowledge

What you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementation and integration of privileged access technologies 
  • 5+ years’ experience with privileged access controls in Unix and Windows environments 
  • 5+ years’ experience with broader IAM ecosystem of directories, identity management, and access management controls 
  • 5+years’ experience in CyberArk
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience

What would be great to have:

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA
  • 3+ years’ experience interfacing with Corporate Audit and External Audit functions for regulatory compliance
