We’re Looking For A: Brand Site & QA Coordinator to support brand site execution and QA for Dr. Marty Pets, ensuring timely content updates, merchandising accuracy, and a polished user experience across all devices.

Location: Remote (Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute page updates across all areas of the brand site, including PDPs, collection pages, and promotional banners
• QA site content across desktop, mobile, and tablet to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
• Monitor and maintain key merchandising elements such as badges, stock statuses, and hero placements
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot site bugs, broken content, or formatting inconsistencies
• Maintain a log of brand site changes and partner with analytics teams to ensure UTM tracking and revenue attribution remain accurate
• Communicate all live site changes to cross-functional teams, including TV attribution partners

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Detail-oriented QA mindset
• Comfort using CMS tools
• Clear communication and documentation
• Basic understanding of merchandising best practices
• Proactive and organized workflow
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related preferred
• 1–2 years in site content support, ecommerce QA, or merchandising coordination
• Experience in CMS platforms preferred
• Travelling required, approximately 0-5% expected

The base salary range is $24.28-$29.13 per hour, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
