Associate – Loan

As an important component of improving renters’ journey, Tripalink launched an App that allows renters to search for apartments, e-sign the lease agreement, manage their home including paying rent, requesting maintenance and cleaning, call community shuttles, use community perks, and sign up for various events etc. With ever-evolving physical living products and technology-empowered operations, Tripalink can provide the best living experience for its target renters. The company currently manages about 10,000 units in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing an investment portfolio of over 80 investment projects, total valuation above $400M across different states, and ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Assist in preparing financial reports, analysis, and other periodic reports required for shareholders and lenders, including statistical model, ROI, IRR, cashflow, and other KPIs.
• Prepare and review new and existing loan/debt financing applications, regulatory applications, and other compliance matters.  
• Coordinate with asset management, finance, development, property management, and other departments as necessary to gather required information and verify the accuracy of information.
• Conduct rental market analysis, demographic research, comprehensive analysis, and other data techniques to reveal market trends and generate insights about target area to expand
• Establish and build productive relationships with local market brokers, institutional and equity partners, lenders, real estate owners, and many other business partners, foster a constant yet evolving company image and better public relationships

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate finance, finance, accounting, management or similar field highly preferred.  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required:

• Language: Mandarin fluency is preferred
• Real estate or financial related experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• A self-driven problem solver who is motivated to learn about real estate industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing skills.
