About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Manager to join the global Commercial Label Partnerships team. This team runs business-critical relationships with major and indie labels, drives cross-functional strategic initiatives, and helps our industry partners optimize their use of Spotify’s full suite of products and services. This role is responsible for owning partner operational support for major and independent labels.
You will act as the day-to-day owner of major and independent partner inquiries for rights management on Spotify, working alongside partnership leads. You will also closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are developing products with partner-centric solutions in mind. Other responsibilities for this role will include external educational resource development, scaled onboarding of new label partners, and technical project management of rights management-related initiatives at Spotify.What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding partner support to major and independent labels
- Troubleshoot complex rights management issues across Spotify’s rights management tools
- Partner with Product and Engineering to drive product solutions that fit partner needs and the ever evolving music ecosystem
- Track operational metrics and partner feedback to inform continuous improvements
- Lead scaled education and communications for Spotify’s rights management tools
- Collaborate closely with and develop strong relationships with Legal, Business Affairs, Partnerships, Product, Content Platform, S4A Support and Content Insights
