Assistant Manager-Omaha, NE

Pay: $15.50 (per hour)
Summary
Assistant Site/Store Managers are responsible for assisting with the overall success of the facility through customer satisfaction, facility appeal, and sales.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
· Using effective sales skills, lease units and sell products to customers. This includes up-selling and promoting best options and value for customers.
· Follow-up on leads, generated through on-line inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins.
· Prepare leases and other documents in accordance with company policy and procedures.
· Provide superior customer service through courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of StorageMart products, and familiarity with options available to customers and prospective customers.
· Collect all monies due to the company; follow-up on delinquencies. This includes collection calls.
· Apply discounts and fees in accordance with company policy and procedures.
· Helps to ensure overall appearance of the site/store by conducting regular walk-throughs, identifying items in need of maintenance and repair.
· Provide basic maintenance such as sweeping, snow removal, light bulb replacement, trash pick-up, etc. using tools such as brooms, shovels, leaf blowers, etc.
· Stay current on training, processes, procedures, and policies.
· Keep Regional Manager informed of any issues at assigned site/store including but not limited to maintenance, safety, pricing, customers, staff, etc.
