• Schedule:  Monday - Friday (weekends based on business need)
• Requirement: Learn all aspects of our business and be able to work in coordination with other department managers and a diverse customer base. 
• Salary Range:  $65,000  to $85,000 /year (based on experience), car provided and an opportunity to earn a yearly bonus.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager for Canteen will play a vital role in leading and cultivating strategic relationships with existing customers and new clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This position leads all aspects of daily account operation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. 
 
Key Responsibilities:  
•    Learn and become functional in all aspects of our business such as office administration, warehousing, equipment service and route delivery / management.
•    Will develop expertise in the product and build relationships with the vendor community to understand the best product options for their customers.
•    Will service existing clients & build new office coffee business. 
•    Will become a product expert and create relationships with vendor community to best know product options for their customers.
•    Develop an account level incremental sales plan with local management; track performance and increase profitability (Owners Business Plan).
•    Coordinate efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale.
•    Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations).

Preferred Qualifications:  
•    A bachelor’s degree is preferred; two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•    Client & Account Management experience.
•    Excellent communication skills required.
•    Must be able to travel to client sites.
•    Must be passionate about Office Coffee Services.
