Dentons Italy IPDT/TMT group is currently looking to appoint a Contract Lawyer for a special project.

The Contract Lawyer will mainly focus on drafting and reviewing media and IT contracts.

Our IPT Team consists of specialized lawyers in the sector, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Collaborating with the IPDT/TMT department means being part of a rapidly growing group, as well as receiving primary education, also with involvement in the most innovative issues. Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 106/110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• At least 2-3 years of proven comparable law firm PQE mainly in the media and IT contracts fields.
• Knowledge of privacy laws is required.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). We also rate positively knowledge of other foreign languages.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills, both written and oral.
