Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located in Ennis, TX.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Review and analyze insurance policies to provide appropriate recommendations to clients.
- Quote policies and identify optimal carrier and coverage.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle policy rewrites as needed including collecting payment information, binding the policy and collecting all necessary documents/signatures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in personal lines.
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Applied Epic experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
- A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
