This job is for you if your true strength is the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively to get you through even the most demanding of situations. As a Virtual Quality Control Inspector, you will be part of a fast-moving team of quality professionals who conduct visual inspections along with solving quality assurance problems for customized parts. In this role your primary responsibilities will be:
Job Responsibilities:·       Checking quality documents to be sure they are filled out according to Xometry and customer standards·       Checking quality documents to ensure all process and standards were followed according to the customer requirements and print·       Checking pictures for accuracy of the part made·       Checking pictures to ensure good manufacturing workmanship·       Escalating quality concerns as needed·       Communicating with internal and external parties about requirements, statuses, and any issues
Education and Experience Requirements:·       Minimum of a Highschool Diploma or equivalent·       Ability to Read/interpret advanced blueprints and Assembly Prints·       Familiar with Quality documentation such as FAIs, material certs, finishing certs, and hardware certs Required Qualifications/Skills:·      Must have a strong attention to detail·      Good communication skills·      A self-starter, who can drive actions to completion·      Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment·      Self-motivator, who can stay on track with little to no intervention·      Willingness to work overtime as needed
