General Statement of Duties: Provide full range of clerical and administrative assistance for the Rose Hill community.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide routine clerical support such as preparing correspondence and documents, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Provide routine technical support and assistance for IT network and equipment in conjunction with third-party IT service and support provider.
- Provides support for completion of required clinical documentation including obtaining, monitoring and updating all Releases of Information, and updating face sheets on a quarterly basis.
- Meets with resident annually to update any necessary paperwork and provides communication to the case manager of its completion and return from resident/guardians.
- Responsible for filing clinical documentation in resident’s working file.
- Notify physicians, psychologist, and nurse when an appointment arrives.
- Maintains daily fire roster and resident sign out books.
- Answers the vestibule phone at Kelly Center.
- Assists the Visitor Center Administrative Assistant in managing records retention and disposal.
- Maintain inventory/control of office supplies and request purchase of supplies when needed.
- Maintains current knowledge of policies and procedures, implement, and uphold Rose Hill’s policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, client and staff information.
- Acts as recording secretary for Case Management meeting and Performance Improvement Committee; prepares minutes for various other committees/meetings as assigned.
- Assists Performance Improvement Committee with data collection, audits and quarterly and annual reports to the Board of Directors.
- Provide regular reports to supervisor.
- Follow and enforce all established quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintains resident roster and case management Assignment list.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Associate degree in business or equivalent education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: Two years’ related experience in a health care setting preferred
