Senior 3D Designer

Location: Krakow (remote/Poland)

What you will do:

• Participate in creating high-quality 3D visuals for product renders, environments, branding assets, and design concepts
• Use your skills in modeling, lighting, rendering, and post-production to deliver standout content
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to bring design visions to life, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Contribute to feedback sessions, improving workflows, and adopting new tools and technologies
• Create animations with a focus on environments and illustrative styles
• Mentor junior artists and guide designers with 3D as an additional skillset
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating AI and innovative solutions into design processes

Requirements

We look forward to working together if:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content
• You are proficient in Cinema 4D, with skills in Houdini or Blender being a plus
• You are an expert in Redshift and proficient in After Effects, Photoshop; familiarity with Da Vinci Resolve or Nuke is a bonus
• You have a creative eye, attention to detail, and solid 3D design foundations
• You are passionate about digital product design and driving innovation
• You have strong communication skills with experience mentoring and collaborating with teams
• You are fluent in English
