Description -

Job Summary

Lead compliance implementation with PS BU, Supply Chain, R&D, and ODMs; drive readiness across the product lifecycle requirements.

Coordinate with PS Design/Sustainability on portfolio direction and criteria integration.

Regulatory topic execution for Product Longevity, Materials, Batteries, Packaging, and Sustainable Procurement.

Data integration, quality & assurance to meet regulatory/market‑access requirements.

On‑time reporting (e.g., Sweden Chemical Tax, EPEAT, TCO annual submissions)

Responsibilities
• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for regulatory and market access needs.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Manages program to ensure procedural compliance, maintenance, and regulatory or market access requirements are followed for new and existing equipment.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
• Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in sustainability, engineering development and implementation, project planning, people management, or a related field.

Salary:

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
