Position Overview:
Hotel Viata is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to support the Director in overseeing daily operations across all food and beverage outlets. This role ensures exceptional guest service, effective staff management, and financial efficiency within the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Assist the Director in managing day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient delivery across all outlets.
• Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to ensure exceptional service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in monitoring costs, managing inventory, and ensuring the department operates within budget.
• Event Support: Collaborate with other departments to execute food and beverage services for hotel events, ensuring top-notch service and presentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of F&B management experience, ideally in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
