Job Description
As an IT Systems Engineer in our IT Client Services team, you are responsible to administrate all client-related hardware and software components in an enterprise environment used at Brainlab worldwide. Are you a generalist, technologically adept who has already gained some experience in Client services in a corporate environment? Then you are right with us!
Your main tasks are:
- Manage/administrate all Client devices at Brainlab
- Establishing a Linux client management environment
- Develop and implement cloud based VDI
- Evaluate new hardware/software used at Brainlab
- Enterprise Printer management
- Collaboration with the Client Services team
Qualifications
- A degree in computer science or an equivalent technical education
- Experience in Linux operating systems
- Experience in Windows operating systems
- Know How in Endpoint Management Solutions (Intune, SCCM, etc.)
- Scripting Knowledge is a plus
- IT Security awareness
- Advanced English and German (B2) skills
- Ability to work independently
