Your Impact 

As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Operations Manager.  You will assist in the responsibility for overseeing team members during a designated shift. In your role you will ensure GSOC team members adhere to all post orders, protocols, procedures, regulations, and compliance with company policies. You will be the first point of contact for escalations on incidents and emergencies in the absence of Security Management. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our operations and assets around the world. You will work to ensure a secure environment for employees, clients, and partners while utilizing advanced technology to monitor and respond to security incidents. 

Your Day-to-Day  

 Partners with GSOC Manager to monitor and arrange shift activities according to schedule requirements and staff availability. Establishes and coordinates work schedules and post coverage

  • Conduct bi-weekly 1 on 1 meetings with assigned shift team, document conversations in quip document. Will report performance and talent findings to leadership as directed
  • Maintains daily shift activity and incident log available to GSOC Manager
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers and Subordinates-Providing information by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
  • Responsible for reviewing and editing incident reports on assigned shift prior to submittal with leadership
  • Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain the company’s confidentiality and information security practices
  • Collaborating with the Emergency Response Team (ERT)
  • Coordinates activities with local police and emergency agencies as appropriate.
  • Monitor Alert media to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact or potentially could impact operations, facilities, and employees globally
  • Monitoring live AB4 body camera footage
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, facility fire suppression systems, intrusion systems for proper functionality
  • Actively participate in projects related to the GSOC role, with responsibilities ranging from providing input and guidance to taking full ownership of initiatives based on individual expertise and capabilities
  • Ensure all GSOC officers are properly performing their assigned tasks
  • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods
  • Possess strong effective written and oral communication along with interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with others in a professional and effective manner
  • Report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, and security breaches

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols
  • Advanced proficiency with surveillance and alarm systems
  • Ability to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident documentation and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor in all interactions
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, positive attitude, and always present a professional image

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate security, or a similar role
  • 5 years GSOC Leadership experience
  • Three or more years of customer service experience
  • Experience in incident response and crisis management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of global security challenges and cultural sensitivity for operating in dive
