Position Summary
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and handover of manufacturing capital projects. You will ensure adherence to all established key components and deliverables from project charter through commissioning. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, you will manage project priorities and drive results.
Primary Responsibilities
• Plan and executive deliverables from end-to-end, functioning as project manager and start-up leader
• Coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders from investment project charter through commissioning
• Manage the vertical start-up and sustained performance of the project installation through handover
• Lead a multidisciplinary team whose objective is proper preparation and execution of the start-up phase
• Ensure projects are designed for manufacturing excellence (sustainability) and total productive maintenance (TPM)
• Provide engineering expertise on manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Facilitate productive and palatable communication across all stakeholders
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of engineering experience within manufacturing or project management
• Must be willing to travel 25%-50% based on project demands and business needs
