Our Team:
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Your Job:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, the Staff Accountant is responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, including payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
About You:
- Two (2) to five (5) years experience with a Finance Department, preferably within a hotel.
- College education or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Work authorization in the United States
- Occasional travel as requested
