Costco Roadshow Program Lead

The Costco Roadshow Program Manager will lead and oversee the execution of Premium’s Roadshow programs at Costco locations nationwide. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and implementation of promotional events to maximize sales and elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Costco Roadshow events.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and logistics for all Roadshow locations.
  • Ensure brand alignment and adherence to Costco guidelines during events.
• Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field representatives to execute Roadshow events.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure program success.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate with clients, retailers, and internal teams to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance data from Roadshow events.
  • Generate reports and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Budget and Compliance:
  • Manage program budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all operations comply with Costco policies and Premium’s standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail program management, event marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for on-site program management.
