What You’ll Do:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance building services.
Perform carpentry work, remodels and assist with office and laboratory moves.
Fabricate basic metal parts using cutting and welding equipment.
Support Environmental, Health & Safety with monthly inspections of safety systems.
Collaborate to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.
What You Need:
Experience with preventative maintenance building services.
Ability to safely operate power and manual tools.
Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment.
Familiarity with industrial health, environmental, safety procedures, codes, and OSHA standards.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Salary Range:
$42,800.00-$57,100.000Pay Transparency
