What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance building services.

• Perform carpentry work, remodels and assist with office and laboratory moves.

• Fabricate basic metal parts using cutting and welding equipment.

• Support Environmental, Health & Safety with monthly inspections of safety systems.

• Collaborate to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.

What You Need:

• Experience with preventative maintenance building services.

• Ability to safely operate power and manual tools.

• Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment.

• Familiarity with industrial health, environmental, safety procedures, codes, and OSHA standards.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
