We're looking for an experienced Fullcycle G&A recruiter to join our team to support our client. Your role will be consultative and will include strategic sourcing, outreach and candidate relationship management to find the best talent for our clients' needs. 

Successful recruiters have a strong work ethic, know how to attract top talent, build relationships, and ensure client success & happiness. Recruiters handle everything from finding candidates to recommending them for interviews and hiring.

About this need: we're looking for a Part-Time G&A recruiter with experience recruiting for Accountants and other key positions. The client is based in Florida and you would be aligned EST. 

Your responsibilities will include.

• Conduct thorough intake calls with hiring managers to fully understand the position

• Identify and assess potential candidates

• Conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews and gather feedback from our clients and candidates

• Maintain metrics reports

• Provide recruitment consultation and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders

• Build and maintain networks of talent
