Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity & Privacy (Client Delivery) to oversee the successful execution of multiple security, privacy, and risk-related consulting engagements across a diverse portfolio of international clients. This client-facing role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong attention to detail, and brings proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects across large, global, multi-layered enterprise environments. 

The ideal candidate is delivery-focused, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively across executive, technical, and operational stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Delivery & Project Management 

• Lead the delivery of multiple Cybersecurity, GRC, and Privacy Consulting engagements, ensuring each meets scope, timeline, and quality standards. 
• Coordinate workstreams across complex client environments, managing stakeholder expectations, interdependencies, and business objectives. 
• Oversee implementation projects for GRC platforms (e.g., OneTrust, ZenGRC, ServiceNow, IBM Open Pages) within enterprise-scale organizations. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery, providing regular updates, risk insights, and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders. 

Stakeholder & Relationship Management 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams across functions, regions, and leadership levels. 
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities across global departments, jurisdictions, and time zones. 
• Facilitate clear, ongoing communication between clients, consultants, project managers, and Zaviant leadership. 

Operational Excellence & Risk Management 

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, with clear ownership of deliverables and success metrics. 
• Anticipate manage risks, issues, and blockers; escalate when necessary while providing practical solutions. 
• Support resource planning and utilization across concurrent delivery streams. 
• Monitor and report on project health, team performance, and key KPIs. 
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. 

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement 

• Ensure all deliverables meet Zaviant’s standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. 
• Conduct project retrospectives to drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and playbooks. 
• Contribute insights from enterprise client engagements to help refine our service delivery methodology. 

Core Competencies 

• Must have experience managing cybersecurity and privacy projects within complex, international, multi-layered organizations.
• Must have experience overseeing multiple delivery programs simultaneously with competing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder groups. 
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, privacy regulations, and GRC implementation strategies. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of translating between technical teams, consultants, and C-level clients.
