This will be a dynamic role, with an opportunity to influence channel, agent and technology strategies. You’ll define team level OKRs and will assist with strategic planning. You’ll be asked to bring clarity to ambiguous questions and make recommendations and influence change. Provide end-to-end project management leadership and support, move multiple priorities forward at once, manage wide-ranging stakeholders across the company, and uphold the highest standards of quality in your work. The ideal candidate has a passion for Pinterest’s mission and a strong sense of ownership in their work.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary POC/relationship owner for multiple suppliers</li> <li>Redefine the BPO and FTE Quality program</li> <li>Lead a small team of Vendor Managers and Quality Analysts</li> <li>Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, improving Quality and Efficiency</li> <li>Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers, articulating company priorities</li> <li>Act as a culture leader, modeling customer centricity  </li> <li>Lead or oversee high-priority projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure successful execution </li> <li>Partner closely with multiple cross functional teams to generate the best results for Pinterest, our customers, and team members</li> <li>Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including setting agendas, building collateral and ensuring follow-up on actions</li> <li>Identity areas for improvement within the organization and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies</li> <li>Blend of strong business judgment, empathy, attention to detail, and grace under pressure</li> <li>Vendor Management experience providing strategic leadership for technology and agent solution providers</li> <li>Experience leading and transforming Quality or other programs</li> <li>Experience in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing others. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.</li> <li>High ethical standards and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information, acting as a trustworthy liaison between teams and leadership across the company</li> <li>Ability navigating extreme ambiguity, responding adeptly to rapidly changing priorities, and staying calm and organized during high-stress moments</li> <li>Social media, Adtech experience </li> <li>Superior organizational skills and commitment to high-quality work product</li> <li>Ability to represent Pinterest in a highly professional manner, interfacing with senior leaders within supplier organizations</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
