Raytheon is seeking a Supply Chain Financial Analyst for the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Business Operations and Strategy team. The Supply Chain Financial Analyst is a strong leader with demonstrated project management and forensic accounting skills.  The candidate for this position must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, including supplier management.

Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain financial strategies and plans. The candidate will serve as the liaison between Finance and the Material Program Managers within the Supply Chain organization. The candidate will be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of all financial material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives. The candidate will serve as the leader for all aspects of financial management within the supply chain and will advise the Assoc. Director as well on financial impacts that relate to execution of material strategies and plans. The position requires an individual who will be able to exert influence and influence the overall financial objectives and long-range financial goals of the program and the business. The position requires an individual who is persistent in influencing others to execute their responsibilities on time and escalates as required to achieve schedules. Candidate must be an expert in manipulating financial data to spot trends, isolate and analyze variances and develop innovative solutions to correct systemic issues. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead supply chain financial activities including variance analysis, short term and long-term planning
  • Update reports with actuals and lead weekly SRO review with SCM Leads
  • Maintain and deliver time phased ETC list by vendor for current quarter to appropriate MPM, so the MPM can submit as part of the SCM SRO on a weekly basis
  • Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet business objectives.
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
  • Partner with AR/CFR Lead to align liquidation plans with sales forecast
  • Collaborate with supply chain functions on financial related issues for support as needed.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and proactively acts to address issues.
  • Drive the team to meet quarter and total year sales goals
  • Strong Earned Value Management and Financial management skills, including Material EACs, Material Forecasting, and financial data analysis
  • The candidate is the single point of contact to the Business Operations and Strategy lead on all financial impacts to material sales.  The candidate is the acknowledged expert on all supply chain financial issues and their impact to the enterprise budgets.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working in the DoD Aerospace & Defense industry
  • Experience with Supply Chain processes and related systems
  • Program and/or functional experience managing material budgets
  • Experience with EVMS/EAC.
  • Microsoft Excel expert (pivot table creation, data mining and data manipulation) 
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
