IT Project Manager

Your goal: Ensuring successful and smooth delivery of projects

Main responsibilities:

• Co-creating and executing a project roadmap based on client expectations, requirements and available resources as well as internal assumptions and recommendations,
• Ongoing project management: identifying risks, foreseeing bottlenecks and blockers, gathering necessary knowledge and resources, supervising progress, managing schedules and creating action plans,
• Leading an open and transparent communication between the client and the team, including: hosting and moderating meetings, sharing notes and summaries, reporting on progress, keeping the project tools up to date, assisting and educating clients (when needed).

Requirements for the role:

• Ambition to learn and grow,
• A hands-on, get things done attitude (we seek an engaged contributor, not just a facilitator),
• Understanding of the software development process and experience with diverse project management methodologies,
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills: ability to understand and maneuver through demanding project requirements, schedules, and organizational structures,
• Excellent communication and English skills,
• Flexibility needed to work with US based clients.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience as a business consultant or analyst,
• AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate.
