We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.</p><p><br/>The Role</p><p>Kyndryl’s advisory and implementation services arm Kyndryl Consult is seeking a senior and experienced Project Portfolio Leader to lead the portfolio of projects and professional services for Italian market customers.</p><p>As a Project Portfolio Leader, you will play a central role in driving the profitable delivery of services, ensuring the greatest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, as a senior leader, you will help progress the ongoing growth and transformation of Kyndryl Consult services organization in becoming more and more differentiated, competitive, fastand efficient.</p><p>You will have exposure to senior leaders internally and within customers in a start-up-like environment, within the world’s largest mission critical IT operations and infrastructure services firm. </p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Accountable for the successful management of the project portfolio within their scope to achieve target objectives for revenue, GP, NPS, and overall project portfolio health.</li><li>Responsible to drive GP-enhancing performance and prioritization, focusing on accelerating backlog, optimizing in quarter revenue, and eradicating troubled projects. </li><li>The leader also drives a robust project management community committed to client and Kyndryl business outcomes.</li></ul><p></p><p>Client Priorities</p><ul><li>Strong commitment to client success and project delivery excellence</li><li>Continuously validate that quality standards meet client goals and drive feedback to the team</li><li>Utilize NPS as a key indicator of successful delivery and client satisfaction, address gaps</li><li>Act on client feedback in real time to increase value, build best practices, and improve credibility</li><li>Innovative and resourceful leader to ensure projects are delivered on-time and at budget</li><li>Ensure that projects are staffed with practitioners that are deployed on right-fit roles that match skill requirements</li><li>Work closely with Partners/Consult Partners to ensure end-to-end client experiences from sales/solutioning through delivery</li></ul><p></p><p>Business Priorities</p><ul><li>Understand and influence the dynamics that drive profit/margin</li><li>Manage a healthy project portfolio; proactively monitor project performance to identify early warning indicators and prevents/remediates issues</li><li>Leverage project successes to sell follow-on work and develop documented success cases</li><li>Knowledge of processes governing project lifecycle and provide feedback on continual improvement opportunities</li><li>Evaluate performance trends and partner across Kyndryl Consult to understand pervasive issues and best practices</li><li>Ability to interpret sales pipelines into capacity requirements to support on-time project staffing</li></ul><p></p><p>People Priorities</p><ul><li>Ownership of the workforce and talent strategy for the in-country Project Management community</li><li>Shape fruitful, long-term careers for in-country project managers, and accelerate build-up of the relevant skills and capabilities</li><li>Actively engage in the WW Project Management community, driving requirements for continued evolution of the profession and enabling our PMs success</li><li>Utilize the end-to-end resource supply chain and labor mix pyramid planning; leverage CIC project management capabilities</li></ul><p><br/>Who You Are</p><ul><li>Bachelor degree, Master Degree preferred</li><li>Skilled in complex program and project management, as well as project portfolio management</li><li>10+ years experience in consulting and system integration service organizations</li><li>10+ years experience in delivery of IT services</li><li>5+ years experience in similar role</li><li>Full English language proficiency</li></ul><p></p><p><br/>Being You</p><p>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
