We’re looking for Maintenance Manager in ivory coast To Lead a team that handles onsite maintenance activities to guarantee equipment availability, reliability and performance in line with OEM recommendations and maintenance standard.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure Quality and timely completion of all the maintenance conducted by his team, manage service compliances 100 %

  • Adhere to company’s QHSE policies and procedures on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, Spill prevention, technicians PPE

  •  Ensure proper planning of resource (Tools, Manpower ,spares parts ) are completed and available on site for the maintenance, three-month forecast, six month forecast , yearly forecast

  • Forecast service Material consumption and put in timely requests

  • Conduct HSE and Operational audits

  • Regular reporting to Plant manager of main maintenance KPI including scope compliance, mean time between services, compliances, Mean time between failures, $/rh , MO completions rate.

  • Delivers the required project margines and other financial goals through optimum utilization of personal equipment and material resource

  • Ensure Optimum level of inventory held on site, manages inventory as per recommended principles: booking of service orders, weekly stock counts of major parts, weekly planning and follow up of consumables Coolant, filters)

  • Manage and review site reporting, ensure failure report are accurately submitted on time and follow up with warranty claims

  • Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct report

  •  Ensure that the location operates within the dedicate of local laws and regulations

  • Ensure that all the required maintenance reporting producers are adhered to for all equipment under his/her control

  • Manages continuous improvement through TPM/ CI

  • Communicate central maintenance team any abnormal failure trend discovered on way any assets on site after preliminary sote review (Kaizen, RCA, etc)

  • Ensure Oil sample tracker is updated with the related actions

  • Lead on site product testing, trial and producers' comprehensive reports to the Plant manager and projects Operations teams

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English )

  •  Ability to withstand pressure

  •  Strong Leadership skills

  • Well organized, able to handle multi tasks in a controlled manner

  • Analytical thinking with attentions to detail in complex engineering scenarios

  • Good interpersonal and personnel development skills.
