Responsibilities
Noblis is seeking a Senior Scheduler to focus on integrating mission and programmatic information to generate and maintain an integrated master schedule for a government customer in Chantilly, VA. As the government’s trusted schedule analyst, he/she will help synchronize mission integration with contracting and budgeting activities for the efficient delivery of mission capabilities.
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate with government and other contractors to capture mission, contracts, and budgeting schedules to create and curate an integrated master schedule to enable informed decision making by government executives.
- Analyze the integrated master schedule for mission/system and contract acquisition schedules, and budget planning activities for dependencies, disconnects, conflicts, risks, and opportunities; present associated mitigation or exploitation recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior government leadership, SETA team members, and program offices across the government enterprise to facilitate understanding of system and/or readiness schedules, and associated risks.
- Identify and evaluate schedule changes and associated impacts to the organization’s supporting contracts, budgets, and plans.
- Participate in and facilitate forums and working groups.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years or more experience; OR, Master’s and 11+ years or more experience.
- Demonstrated success as a scheduler for complex systems.
- Experience in program management, acquisition, and budget planning processes (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE)).
- Thorough understanding of the government’s systems development lifecycle and associated systems engineering and readiness processes.
- Strong MS Project, Excel, and data visualization skills.
- Forward thinking self-starter, proactively addresses customer requirements with no supervision; expert at defining solutions for broad, abstract topics.
- Polished, persuasive communicator (written/verbal), master at collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders -- consensus builder.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and personal judgment—interacts with highest levels of government senior executives.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of GEOINT and SIGINT overall space and ground architecture including mission management, mission control and/or mission processing functions.
- Familiar with Digital Engineering/Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Agile development, cloud technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM)
