Repligen is seeking a Commercial Finance Intern to support the Finance team by helping streamline, automate, and modernize core commercial finance reporting and analytical processes. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world financial reporting used to support earnings, growth analysis, revenue tracking, and pricing insights. The intern will work on a series of defined sub-projects designed to deliver meaningful process improvements within an 8–12 week summer internship timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in streamlining and updating commercial finance reporting templates used for earnings support, organic growth analysis, revenue reporting by product line, and realized price analysis.
  • Support efforts to automate recurring financial reports and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Help modernize historical reporting content and formats to align with the company’s current business structure.
  • Collaborate with members of the commercial finance and sales operations teams to understand reporting needs and business context.
  • Manage and execute multiple sub-projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are completed on time during the internship period.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in commercial finance, financial reporting, and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in improving data accuracy and usability.
  • Comfortable working with structured data and financial templates; interest in automation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

What Repligen Offers

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $24/Hr. -$26/Hr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts. All compensation and benefits information will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
