Responsibilities:

• Delegates machine maintenance to prevent any downtime
• Manage Maintenance team and assign Maintenance Techs daily tasks
• Help develop a safe and productive working environment
• Work with supervisors on process improvements
• Track repairs in a efficient and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in engineering or similar field
• 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to run a preventative maintenance program
• AutoCAD experience is preferred
• Ability to program PLCs is preferred but not required
