<h2><u>Job Description</u></h2><p><b>Senior Business Development Manager</b></p><p><u>Job Description</u></p><p>The primary responsibility is to deliver regional business growth by managing Joint Business Plans with local distributors in markets of responsibility (Israel &amp; Exports).</p><p>This position will report to the Head of Sales Eastern Europe and is based in Amsterdam.</p><p><b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>KHC performance</b>: owner of P&amp;L for the region – responsible for delivering annual sales target while protecting profitability; focus on driving growth</li><li><b>Market &amp; product knowledge</b>: develop a good economic knowledge of the market, good understanding of FMCG landscape and key customers in region to identify growth opportunities </li></ul><ul><li><b>Managing distributors</b>: owner of distributor relationship with a focus on improvement of distributor management in line with our distributor management playbook </li></ul><ul><li><b>Managing internal stakeholders</b>: Partnering with marketing team – control of cross-functional sales drivers (market share, In-store and ATL activations, innovation delivery) ; Partnering with S&amp;OP team – control of forecast accuracy in region and ensuring quality service; Partnering with finance team – control of financial accruals and profitability. </li></ul><ul><li><b>Strategic planning</b>: defining and closing the Joint Business Plan for the following year based on our internal growth targets; defining growth plans for the next 1-3 years (drivers, risks, <span>opportunities)  </span></li></ul><p><b>Professional Attributes: </b> </p><ul><li><b>Resilience </b>: You’re able to bounce back after a disappointment or set back, big or small.
