We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing. No print industry experience? No problem. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Sort, separate, and handle printed materials according to job specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, hoists, and other production support equipment.
- Label, band, wrap, and secure finished products for storage, transfer, or customer shipment.
- Complete production records and maintain accurate inventory and material tracking information.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Work closely with operators and team members to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.

We're looking for people who:
- Have experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, construction, or other hands-on environments.
- Enjoy physical, active work and staying busy throughout the shift.
- Are dependable and committed to showing up and contributing to the team.
- Pay attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work.
- Can follow written instructions and work safely in a production environment.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
It's a Plus If You Have
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Experience working in a print, packaging, paper converting, or production environment.
- Knowledge of inventory, shipping, or production documentation processes.
Physical & Work Environment
- Stand and walk for most of the shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities.
