Job Description

• We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in test script creation, system testing, and quality assurance practices.
• This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems are designed, implemented, and validated to meet organizational goals.
• The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, oversee system design validation, and ensure testing processes are robust and efficient.  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
• Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
