Technical Analyst (OSINT)

STEMBoard is seeking a technical program Analyst to support the DIA OSINT Integration Center (OSIC) and the agency’s mission of providing high quality data analytics and metrics for ongoing mission support. The role includes supporting a close-knit team of analysts, specialists, and government personnel working together on program management, business intelligence, and OSINT-related practices.

Requirements

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional management support and technical program management advisement
• Responsible metrics, evaluation, internal/external audits as part of DIA analytics mission
• Work on data comprehension and supporting tradecraft teams
• Create/edit technical documentation in line with team objectives
• Provide consistent communications as a part of cohesive team element
• Work closely with government leadership and collaborate on various projects
• As a specialized member of the team, candidates will be able to work with autonomy
• Provide data analytics support using data science tools and languages
• Work with knowledge management systems

Required Education/Experience:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of program management or functional support experience.
• Experience in account management, metrics, and usage reports
• Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment.
• Knowledge Management experience with specific focus on SOP, Concept of Operations (ConOps), decision and course of action brief development.
• Ability to provide recommendations based off data collection, aggregation, and mission knowledge for technical capabilities.
• Knowledge of OSINT Training and Tradecraft implementation, use and guidelines.
• Desired: AWS/Cloud knowledge or experience
