This person will work directly with the founder of the Penn Collaborative (Torrey Creed, PhD) to co-lead a growing team of experts in both the practice of implementation and the empirical study of its strategies and outcomes. This role directs and oversees one or more aspects of a research program/ department. Directs research team and resources to accomplish specific goals/ objectives. Responsible for planning activities for the specific research program, including implementation of policies and procedures.Job Description
The Penn Collaborative for CBT and Implementation Science is a joint clinical, educational, and research partnership with community behavioral health providers, payers, and networks, all in pursuit of the same goal: placing tangible, evidence-based tools in the hands of the front-line staff who support individuals seeking recovery and wellness. Under the umbrella of the Penn Collaborative, the Beck Community Initiative has served since 2007 as a model for the successful implementation of CBT in community behavioral health settings, increasing access to CBT and other evidence-based practices for under-resourced communities in the United States and Low-and Middle-Income Countries.
