You will collaborate with European teams (EPM, PCM, finance, etc.) to optimize product positioning, pricing, and commercial strategies for both new and existing products. You will lead eCommerce brand and category strategy by aligning product offerings with Amazon's needs, optimizing assortment, and ensuring successful product launches and pricing. Finally, you will analyze sales data and competitor benchmarks to identify growth opportunities, drive product improvements, and enhance brand performance across regions.

  • Define the product range for AMZ, including price levels, expected revenue, margin, and forecasted growth.
  • Launch new products
  • Manage 1ST sales forecasts (in close collaboration with Senior EU KAM and Demand Planning).
  • Monitor sales by category and by reference (analyze the situation and propose actions).
  • Understand and analyze the market and competition: collect, segment, and analyze data and trends.
  • Evaluate competitors (product performance, benchmarking).
  • Identify growth opportunities through new products and current range
  • Work with the European Marketing teams (EPM, PCM) to define launch and commercialization strategies for the current range and new products.
  • Be the product specialist for these categories in order to build relevant product upgrades.
  • In close partnership with all eCommerce and regional functions, with a special focus on analytics, build the “golden rules” for a winning assortment in eCommerce with the right level of differentiation to enhance the brand’s effectiveness.
  • In constant partnership with regional SBU teams, drive changes in product offerings to best meet eCommerce requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison between eCommerce business leads, SBUs, and product commercialization teams to express specific eCommerce needs and ensure their inclusion in product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • For all key eCommerce product launches, coordinate the execution of the launch, ensuring the availability of all assets needed to drive visibility and conversion for the product, as well as the right pricing.
  • Together with our eCommerce analyst, build and drive the implementation of frameworks for assortment optimization in eCommerce based on past sales and current/future trends to anticipate future product needs or ways to sell online.
  • Manage the overall pricing of the brand under your responsibility, for both new products and during pricing revisions, in collaboration with the European finance team: this involves setting the recommended retail price (RRP) and the Amazon cost price, considering profitability objectives, negotiated commercial terms, and market data.

You’re The Right Fit If:

  • Have experience in Marketing and/or Analytics and/or Category/Product Management.
  • Are proficient in using advertising analytics tools (e.g.: Excel) and have experience with data visualization tools (e.g.: Power BI) preferred.
