Job Description

The Global ERP Business Manager plays a critical role in our organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is motivated to participate in an organization’s global ERP rollout while promoting standardization and process improvement throughout the enterprise. This is a newly created position to be a part of our growing Epicor team. We are looking for an individual who has the drive and intellectual capability to lead Chromalloy through this change and help grow the business. Critical for success in this role is the ability to oversee the planning, analysis, design, and deployment of the Epicor ERP system.

Epicor has been designated as our global ERP platform, but many of our sites are currently on other systems, some which are outdated and outside support windows. Many of our sites are MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) for which we have heavily customized the system to align on process and function, bringing with it additional challenges related to upgrades and troubleshooting. This position will be integral in supporting the corporate MRO standard for Chromalloy in Epicor, driving the acceptance and adoption of significant change into previously independent operating units will require a measured, win-win approach. This position will need to build strong relationships throughout the organization, often at a distance. These relationships will be critical for marshaling and motivating resources without direct reporting relationships.

Qualifications

Primary Accountabilities:

The Global ERP Business Manager is a leadership position focused on the design, delivery, and support of the Epicor ERP system. Working collaboratively with all business units, they will be tasked with leading the Epicor Business Analysts and SME’s, overseeing and creating project plans, designing and reviewing requirements specification, and supporting the Epicor platform for Chromalloy worldwide. They will be responsible for leading and growing a world-class ERP team, mentoring staff and implementing plans to ensure their continual growth.

In addition, they will be asked to identify operational friction and enhancement opportunities, to drive efficiency and real time metrics by improving, testing, and analyzing all aspects of ERP-based services including workflow applications in addition to directing the administration of all ERP access and controls.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manager role, preferably in support of an ERP system in a similar operating environment; complexity, size and scope.
• One or more successful ERP implementations (preferably Epicor).
• Demonstrated success with ERP planning and development, project management and policy deployment.
• Excellent analytical, planning, project management, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of integrated tools such as PLM, Doc Management, etc.
• Must be able to travel as needed, somet
