Senior Frontend/Android Developer (Ekahau)

Our team is a group of people brought together through passion and inspired by possibility.   We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer for our new Ekahau SW team. Ekahau enables IT professionals to take control of their Wi-Fi, making it easier than ever before to proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize their networks. Organizations of every size—including the world’s biggest brands and events—use our software and hardware products for full Wi-Fi lifecycle management and the highest levels of performance and connectivity. Our award-winning design, site survey, and troubleshooting solutions create fast, reliable networks that businesses can trust for their mission-critical Wi-Fi needs.Together with the team, you take part in setting the direction for our future software stack and architecture. You would be innovating and validating options that will be pushing the limits of what we currently think would be possible.          In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing working, clean, high-performing, and reusable application code targeting web and mobile. Another aspect of your work is researching, evaluating, and prototyping technological options that meet business requirements. You are also creating reference implementations and coding conventions for guiding our software development teams. Your current technology stack can include any modern web framework, such as Vue.js or React. You could be a polyglot programmer interested in languages such as Typescript, Kotlin, Rust, Scala, or even C++, and you would be leveraging native platform capabilities such as ARKit side by side with web technologies such as WebGL.        We are committed to providing you a flexible work environment where individuality, fun, and talent are all valued equally. • Has frontend development experience on responsive web applications  
• Is familiar with current state of the art frontend technologies and toolchains  
• Is proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript and in HTML and CSS, and in Android Kotlin and related toolings  
• Has 6+ years of software development experience  
• Gets things done and has a growth mindset  
• Has good communication skills in written and spoken English  
• And a plus would be if you have experience in implementing complex cross-platform solutions  
• Background check required
