Novo Nordisk production site is based in Chartres and specializes in the production of insulin cartridges and vials, as well as in the assembly and packaging of pre-filled injector pens. <br/>

<p>The position<br/>
Our Chartres IFP Production site is searching for a large number of Maintenance Technicians to work on a permanent basis and we want to open these opportunities internally to anyone who wants to relocate and join the adventure. Here are the 2 main opportunities we have :<br/>
• Maintenance Technicians for Aseptic Production<br/>
• Maintenance Technicians for Packaging in Finished Products<br/>
In order to ensure continuous production on site, the hours are 5 x 8 shifts, meaning that you work 5 to 6 days (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights) and then with 3 / 4 days off consecutively.<br/>
<br/>
Here are typically what your main tasks would be: <br/>
• Completing unexpected urgent maintenance duties on production lines and equipments<br/>
• Realising diagnostics for line stoppages and dysfunctions, ensuring intervention; Ensure availability of spare parts<br/>
• Following procedures to enter into the aseptic production area (requires to learn complex procedures related to the pharmaceutical industry). Ensure traceability of actions by following documentation procedures.<br/>
• Escalate findings to the Engineering team to work on equipment optimisations<br/>
• Train Operators on basic maintenance tasks<br/>
<br/>
Qualifications :<br/>
• Experience as a maintenance technician. Ideally with experience in an environment with high standards around hygiene.<br/>
• Good communicator and fast learner (to be able to learn French with company support in a short space of time).<br/>
• As a person, you have a great team spirit and good communication skills. You are rigorous and organized and know how to step back and take initiatives and you have a strong sense of responsibility.<br/>
• Knowledge of GMAO software.<br/>

The team consist of highly competent and experienced members with broad expertise within maintenance. Our success is measured by ourability to implement improvement which reduce downtime and increase production output.<br/>
