JOB DUTIES: Analyze, replicate, drive and resolve product related issues; Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve escalated issues; Offer technical guidance to Technical Support Specialists; Communicate with both the customer and business owners to achieve the required outcome; Data extract, refresh/transform and load (ETL) in the database for medical records; Develop stored procedures including custom views, functions, packages, reports etc. to meet different clients’ needs to generate different kinds of data files and custom report; and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure after-hours needs are met in a reliable manner.***Hybrid in-office/remote position***

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. In lieu of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Two (2) years of experience,  the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have demonstrated experience with:

Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with: Database design, support and administration; MS SQL tools and technologies; SQL Server 2012 or 2016; Windows server 2012 or 2016; SQL Server performance tuning, execution plans, and indexing; Windows Active Directory, IIS and Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper-V); HR & Medical Records; ETL; Networking concepts and troubleshooting methods; and HL7 language.

Salary offered for the position is: $128,369.75 - $177,300.00/year
