Within our Technology Consulting Services, our Data and Analytics team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of data analytics and engineering resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information and data sciences solutions. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends of data engineering, data transformation and AI.
In order to reinforce our Data and Analytics team, we are currently seeking a Senior Manager Data & Analytics to support client engagement teams and to work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same. That means you’ll need to think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues. You’ll also be collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines, so we’ll look to you to build relationships and identify opportunities for our clients to benefit from our knowledge in other areas. Occasional travel may be necessary as you will be meeting with key clients, some of whom are the most respected in their fields.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading diverse teams with varying skillsets, who use different Data Analytics and AI technologies.
- Adapting your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs, they will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
- As an influential member of the team, you’ll create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior members of the team sharing best practices, industry trends and technical knowledge to foster professional growth and development.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, data needs, and technical objectives
- Design, develop and implement data strategy, data collection, transformation, data integration and data analytics and AI solutions
- Conduct assessment of existing data and AI initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and recommend remediation plans to optimise data management process and systems.
- Develop data strategies and oversee the execution, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to client operations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in data architecture and management, and provide thought leadership to drive innovation and enhance our consulting offerings.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives and business leaders, to facilitate decision-making and secure buy-in.
Your Profile
You have:
- Strong academic record including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- You have full working proficiency in Dutch (NL) or French and English;
- Proven experience in a similar consulting environment with 7+ years as a Data Analytics/AI expert;
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies;
- Knowledge of data integration, governance, strategy and engineering;
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics and AI in complex and fast changing environments;
- Strong understanding of existing generative AI services e.g. OpenAI, Bard;
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles;
- Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and manage relationships with clients at various levels of the organization;
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and mentor a team of consultants and drive successful project outcomes;
- Relevant technology and project/ programme management qualification are an additional bonus, e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe.
