Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid - Good Pay

• Provide supervision and and mentoring for RBT's
• Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with parents/caretakers
• Oversee clinical policies and procedures
• Collect and analyze clinical data and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• BCBA certification is required
• LBA in Maryland is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in quality assurance and supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $80 - $100 per hour Location: Hybrid in all areas of Maryland including Laurel, Silver Spring, Glen Burnie, and more. Benefits:
