Business Analyst, Amazon Private Brand

About The Job
We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our APB (Amazon Private Brand) Sourcing team. In this role, you'll combine business analysis with AI capabilities to drive data-driven decisions and digital transformation initiatives. You'll partner with stakeholders across sourcing and other teams to optimize vendor relationships, enhance reporting capabilities, and lead AI integration projects.

Key job responsibilities
You will be leading our profitability initiative that ties to our VP goal from strategy setting to goal delivery, including annual vendor negotiation and tariff impact assessment etc., meanwhile participant in AI integration projects related to profitability and cost management domain.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, cost analytics, or similar role
* Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
* Experience managing complex analytical projects
* Understanding of sourcing processes and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI implementation
* Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models
* Python/R programming experience
* Six Sigma or PMP certification
