To further develop and grow this ambition we are looking for a Global Business Expert Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Transportation Management (TM). You will be part of the Global Supply Chain Process Excellence team with members located in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

 

This role is located in Research Triangle Park, NC and features a hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office per week, 2 days working remotely from home. 

As a Global Business Expert: Order-to-Cash, You Create Chemistry By...

 

•    Implementing new organizational and / or technical concepts for processes OTC and TM in strong alignment with relevant stakeholders including global process owners. Facilitating and contributing to change and test management activities.
•    Driving innovation and automation activities, e.g. based on RPA technology. Continuously assessing improvement potentials and implementing new solutions when available.
•    Tracking and addressing adherence to business rules and processes including monitoring via KPIs, processing mapping tools, and reports. 
•    Leading regional, sub-regional and local key-user communities to enforce continuous communication and best practice exchange.
•    Leading projects or project workstreams with cross-organizational or cross-functional aspects, e.g. S/4HANA implementation or supply chain integration of acquired businesses.
•    Executing key-user and end-user support including: Issue-solving in day-to-day business, training, monitoring tasks and data maintenance.

If you...

 

•    Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
•    Have 8+ years of progressive experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with a strong focus on order-to-cash and transportation management processes and tools.
•    Have deep knowledge of supply chain, operations and logistics processes. Experience with analysis and monitoring tools, e.g. SAP transactions, BW applications, data lake queries.
•    Have detailed knowledge of Microsoft standard applications, SAP ERP, and related tools for OTC and TM purposes, as well as capability to use process modeling tools (e.g. Signavio) for process mapping and design.
•    Are fluent in English language (verbal and written) as well as have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
•    Have experience in contributing to projects or leading workstreams of projects, always with a strong commitment to enhancing the customer and business partner experience throughout the order-to-cash and transportation management process area. 
•    Ability to travel up to 15% (domestically and internationally)
