Job Title: Python Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Developer with expertise in Django 3.2+ to join our growing ecommerce company. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining custom-built front-end websites. This is a nearshore position, and the candidate will work closely with our team in the U.S. and be expected to be available for regular zoom meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Work with a cross-functional team to design and implement new features and functionalities for our ecommerce platform.
• Maintain and enhance our existing custom-built front-end website and ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and scalability.
• Develop and deploy new applications and services in AWS infrastructure.
• Work with data engineers to optimize our database performance and improve our data management processes.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality code is delivered on time.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and frameworks.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with our team.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in Python3 programming with expertise in Django 3.2+
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Git and other version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Django 1.4+ experience is a bonus.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, including RDS, EC2, and S3.
• Experience in ecommerce or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working remotely or in a nearshore environment.
