We are seeking a talented Compliance Remediation Officer to join our team and work on various Compliance Projects. The position reports directly to Head of Remediation Projects and Assurance, supporting remediation actions of various corporate compliance functions within Compliance Department as well as "1LoD" (First Line of Defense) and Support Functions.

Role and responsibilities

• Support Corporate Compliance functions with the implementation and execution of compliance remediation initiatives, including preparation of audit closure packages
• Support business lines/support functions with annual Compliance Risk Assessment and any remediation efforts thereof
• Support business lines/support functions with design, execute and report on Compliance controls
• Support building and maintaining Compliance control inventory including the implementation of compliance controls (as part of the action plans)Act as the coordinator for Business Lines/Support Functions and provide support to Compliance Testing, Compliance Monitoring and Audit missions
• Perform tasks to support Compliance-lead projects to enhance the business lines compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support project management tasks including preparation of status update reports/slides

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience 
• Strong expertise in Corporate Finance, Regulation & Compliance control, Risk Assessment

The salary range for this role is US$70,000 - US$130,000
